Salem NH home sales number has dipped compared to last month’s number of sales, and selling price also went down 2 notches compared to last month. Days on Market while the inventory is low (overall numbers increased to 127 from 122 in January). Overall, the number of homes sold was a lot better last year, Days on Market, and price were both a lot better this year than last: February 2013 home sales. When comparing this data for Salem NH real estate in January and December, we see the following:
