Salem NH Home Sales Report for March 2015
Salem NH home sales number has stayed steady the last 3 months, but prices spiked this month and Days on Market dropped compared to February. Special noted: average home sold for OVER the average list price! :) Overall, number of homes were about the same as last year (including 4 new construction this year), but the price was better and the days on market was not as good compared to March 2012 home sales. A HUGE 35% are under agreement of the whole inventory – see below! When comparing this data for Salem NH real estate in February and January, we see the following:
