Salem NH Home Sales Report for May 2014
Salem NH home Home sales in Salem has been the most consistent, as compared to Windham and Pelham, this year. Since January 2014 number have risen and fallen but not in a significant manner. As you can see with the comparative analysis from the last three months April and March, Ave. Sold and Ave price has been in the 240k to 280k range, which shows that the market in Salem is somehow stable. This May though, more than half of homes sold, sold for the listing price or more. Compared to May 2013 numbers up except for the DOM, which can be attributed to the lower sales price.

2012 Totals: 128 active, 45 under agreement (173 in all)

Just a few hundred less than the initial listing price! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, with 1,765 sf of living area on .43 acres of land that has a great location! Congratulations to the seller and the agent! This is what you call a sale!
For the buyer, 28 Lancaster Crossing! Buyers where able to get this 1985 Ranch for $285,000. 15k less than the asking price! This home, has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths in 1,872 sf of living area on 1.22 acres! Congrats for an awesome buy!
