Salem NH Home Sales Report for June 2014
Salem NH home Home sales in Salem has seen the most steady increase in home sales. With its average listing and sold prices as well as Days on the Market having a consistent rise since the start of the year. The increase in inventory which is seasonally likely in the coming summer months may slow further price increases as well. As you can see with the comparative analysis from the last three months April and May Ave. Sold and Ave price has been in the 270k to 300k range, proof that the market in Salem is stable and the trend will continue till the end of summer. This June, more than half of homes sold, were sold for the listing price or more. Compared to June 2013 both are about Identical. Below are the comparisons from last year and two months ago:

What was the “Deal of the Month”?

Up by a few thousand! 5 bedrooms, 1 baths, with 1,834 sf of living area on .33 acres of land that has a great location! Congratuations to the seller and the agent! This is what you call a sale!
For the buyer, 17 Dyer Ave. Buyers where able to get this 1974 Ranch for $249,400. 6k less than the asking price! This home, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in 1,407sf of living area on .27 acres! Congrats for an awesome buy!
