Pelham Homes Sales Report for November 2014
The price of Pelham NH homes increased in November and the number and Days on Market deteriorated. Compared to last year the sold price decreased and the number of homes sold increase but just by a few. When comparing to Pelham Home Sales November 2013, we see a lower sales price, about the same number of sales, and high number of days on market compared to a year ago. When comparing this data to October and September, we see the following:

Pelham Totals: 57 active, 27 under agreement (84 total) which shows an 11% increase in the number of homes on the market last year (2013)
2013 Totals: 41 active, 24 under agreement (65 total)
2012 Totals: 48 active, 21 under agreement (69 in all)

For the seller: Lot 7 Aspen, originally listed for $444,900, this home sold for list price in 108 days. This 2013 built contemporary/ranch home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in 3346 sf with 2 garages on 4.85 acres. Congrats to the listing agent and the seller!
