Introduction to “77 Days on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire State Line”

I have lived in New England since, well………………..okay, 1972.  I grew up in Northampton, MA, went off to undergrad at Skidmore College, and then moved to Cambridge, MA in 1984.  Slowly I moved up Interstate 93 north to Malden, then Medford, and now Pelham, NH

We have been raising 2 girls, and, consequently, traveled far and wide before and now, with kids.  This series “77 Days on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire State Line” is designed to introduce people to places I’ve gone to and enjoyed.  In addition, I will be having guest bloggers also post on places/services they have found to be top notch!

I will cover everything from dining places to day trips, weekend trips, free stuff, educational trips, and more.  If there is something YOU are passionate about that you think I have missed, BY ALL MEANS, contact me and we’ll try to add it too!

Introduction

Welcome to my blog!

I’m not known for being a really technical person, although each time I tell myself  “I am a technology wiz”, I become more positive in my abilities.  Enough of that…

This, being my first post, I’ll introduce myself:  I have been working at Keller Williams Realty since 2008 and have sold 18 properties in the last 12 months (during 2009 and 2010) in Massachusetts (Haverhill, Methen, Tewksbury, Dracut, and Lowell) and New Hampshire (Nashua and Derry).   These closings were  single family homes, condos, and multifamily homes and they also encompassesd all different types of transactions; straight owner to owner, new construction, bank owned properties, and many short sales.

I look forward to posting frequently on my Blog and also look forward to having “special guests” post on my Blog as well, giving you information directly from a specialist, be it an attorney, loan officer, home inspector, or contractor.  My overall goal with the Blog is to provide information on the communities that I cover as well as information on the buying and selling process.

In addition to this Blog, www.DKRealEstateBlog.com, you can connet with me on my website at www.KruzelRealEstate.com , my facebook page at KruzelRealEstate and on Twitter at KruzelRealty

I look forward to working with you in the future!
