Salem NH Home Sales Report for October 2015
Salem NH home sales have dropped down to “normal levels”. Price is a little lower and Days on Market are about the same for the last 3 months! Overall, the number of homes sold, Days on Market, and price are about the same as last year’s, October 2014 home sales. 24% are under agreement of the whole inventory, which is a drop from last month’s of 29%! When comparing this data for Salem NH real estate in September and August, we see the following:
