The price of Pelham NH homes  increased in November and the number and Days on Market deteriorated.  Compared to last year the sold price decreased and the number of homes sold increase but just by a few.  When comparing to Pelham Home Sales November 2013, we see a lower sales price, about the same number of sales, and high number of days on market compared to a year ago.  When comparing this data to October and September, we see the following:

The price of Pelham NH homes  increased in October compared to the last 3 months as well as the number.  Compared to last year the sold price has increased significantly while the days on market dipped.  When comparing to Pelham Home Sales October 2013, we see a higher sales price, about the same number of sales, and longer number of days on market compared to a year ago.  When comparing this data to September and August, we see the following:

The price of Pelham NH homes has seen a dramatic increase for the past 3 months. making the market on an upswing. Homes have sold at almost the same price they are listed  Compared to last year the sold price increased while the days on market improved significantly as well.  When comparing to Pelham Home Sales September 2013, we see a a exponentialy higher sales price, higher number of sales, and improved number of days on market compared to a year ago.  When comparing this data to August and July, we see the following:

Pelham Homes Sales Report for August 2014

The price of Pelham NH homes  sold remained “even”  over the last 3 months, , making the Pelham Mmarket very steady and consistent.  Compared to last year the sold price decreased while the days on market improved significantly as well.  Although the sold price was lower than the original list price, it still shows the market is very lucrative in terms of how quick homes get sold.  When comparing to Pelham Home Sales August 2013, we see a little higher sales price, the same number of sales, and improved number of days on market compared to a year ago.   Also, interestingly enough, last year the average SOLD price was almost higher than the average LIST price!   When comparing this data to July and June, we see the following:
