Salem NH Home Sales Report for April 2015
Salem NH home sales number has seen a steady increase SINCE February, with 14, 25, to 23 this April. Average price sold and average sale price are not that much apart either, with just 6k+ difference. DOM’s has seen a substantial decrease from last month’s numbers, with a listing being sold with an average of 21 days . Overall, the number of homes sold was a lot better last year, signifying that sales are on the rise. Days on Market, and price were both a lot better this year than last: April 2015 home sales. When comparing this data for Salem NH real estate in March and February, we see the following:

2014 Totals: 90 active, 39 under agreement (129 total)
2013 Totals: 106 active, 46 under agreement (152 total)

What was the “Deal of the Month”?

Almost 5 thousand more than the initial listing price! 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with 1,932 sf of living area on .32 acres of land that has a great location! Congratulations to the seller and the agent! This is what you call a sale!
For the buyer, 22 Syncamore! Buyers where able to get this 2004 colonial for $525,000. 25k less than the asking price! This home, has 4bedrooms, 3 baths in 3,311 sf of living area on 1.30 acres! Congrats for an awesome buy!
