Salem NH home sales this holiday season seem to mimic December 2014 numbers. Very minute differences here and there but still almost the same. From a high from October prices seem to be dipping now, which is perfectly normal since it is the holiday season, but still the Salem home Market is pretty strong, having just an average of 31 days before a sale. Here is a comparison with November and October, we see the following:
