Pelham Homes Sales Report for May 2015
The price of Pelham NH homes is on an upswing, if you look at the numbers for the past two months, the numbers have steadily risen, by the end of May numbers are up on a 5 month high, this can be attributed to the weather conditions being more suitable, plus a demand that has been subdued for the first quarter of the year! When comparing to Pelham Home Sales May 2014, list and sold prices are relatively higher, making last years DOM a few notches lower, but compared to DOM’s for the past two months, homes are of the market quicker. Here is a comparison of the previous months and last years. In March and April, we see the following:

Pelham Totals: 58 active, 48 under agreement (106 total) Shows a large jump from last years numbers but still below the numbers 3 years ago, but with current trend in the Pelham market. Stats are promising for Pelham home sales.

2013 Totals: 58 active, 32 under agreement (90 total)

For the Buyer: 8 Dogwood, originally listed at $369,900 buyers got the keys to this 2001, colonial home for $350,000. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in 2,184 sf on 1.48 acres sittng on top of a hill! What a view! Salutations to the buyer of this magnificent home!
