Windham NH homes A significant increase in the numbers was seen this month. From around 300k range sales and listing price jumped to the 500k range. It can be attributed to improving weather as it releases pent-up demand. DOMS have significantly drop compared to April’s. May 2013 Windham sales, is a completely different story, the number of sales has a huge discrepancy, but has a lower listing price and sales as well. Days on Market show a huge difference with homes selling faster this year. When comparing this data for April and March, we see the following:
